At Seedling Sports Association, we believe in the power of sports to transform lives. Through our FREE programs, we provide young girls and kids with opportunities to develop essential life skills, boost self-esteem, and break barriers. We tackle issues such as gender inequality and lack of access to sports education by providing accessible programs for all. Our mission is to empower the next generation of children and athletes. Join us in creating a more inclusive society where every child has the chance to thrive.

About Us
Seedling Sports Association is a 5A(1) registered nonprofit dedicated to providing opportunities for kids to develop essential life skills through sports. We believe in the power of sports to instill confidence, leadership, and resilience. We provide trainings, camps and clinics, as well as workshops to young athletes across Hong Kong with the aim to empower, one athlete at a time.
